Because of the custom nature of our work, we uphold a transparent and fair policy to ensure clarity and trust with every client.
Custom & Made-to-Order Dresses
All custom-made, made-to-measure, or personalized dresses are non-refundable once the order is confirmed.
Each piece is designed specifically for you, and materials are ordered and tailored according to your measurements and preferences.
Ready-to-Wear Items
If you purchased a ready-to-wear dress (not customized), you may request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving it, provided:
- The dress is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and labels are intact.
- The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after approval.
Defective or Wrong Item
In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that period, work on your dress begins and cancellations cannot be accepted.

Processing & Production Time

Custom-made and couture dresses: 4 – 8 weeks for production (depending on design complexity and fabric availability).

Ready-to-wear dresses: 5 – 10 business days for processing before shipment.

Rush orders: Available upon request and subject to approval — additional fees may apply.
Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details and shipping updates.

Packaging
Every gown is packaged in a luxury Mariage garment box with protective wrapping and authenticity tags.
For international shipments, gowns are folded carefully with acid-free paper to maintain their shape during travel.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Mariage is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs or external couriers, but our team will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues until your order safely reaches you.
